The Well is a place where you can come as you are, encounter Jesus, and find a community to call home.

The Well Tampa was born from a simple desire: to be part of what God is already doing in our city. We believe God has called us to reach people who may feel far from Him, disconnected from church, or simply looking for a place to belong.

Our heart is to create a church where people from every background and every stage of life can experience the love of Jesus in a real and meaningful way. A place where questions are welcome, relationships are genuine, and no one has to walk through life alone.

Everything we do flows from three simple words:

REACH people with the hope and love of Jesus.
CONNECT people to God and to authentic community.
SERVE our city and others with compassion, generosity, and purpose.

We have a special heart for the next generation and for those who have never known Jesus—or perhaps have known church but haven't experienced genuine community.

At The Well, we're not interested in simply gathering a crowd. We want to see lives transformed, families strengthened, people discover their God-given purpose, and a community raised up to be the light wherever God has planted them.
